Additional comments:
Main objective of the countries must be to ensure that everyone benefit from health services according to their needs. Health systems must warrant that health services are offered continuously and in a coordinated matter at the time and location needed by people. Kids must no longer die of preventable diseases before they reach 5 years old, mothers must not die during birth and there must not be any death, disablement, or loss of quality life following many diseases which could be prevented by early disease and medical treatment. We must never forget that today lots of diseases can be treated through early diagnosis and medical treatment, which simply needs a doctor, nurse/midwife, medicine, and minimum required medical equipment that is available for the people at when they need them.
